There isn’t much that this man can do! He sings and he produces making him a force to be reckoned with in the industry.
Like most artists, the passion for music came at a young age when the sweets sounds of old school R&B and Jazz seduced him to pursue the craft. Sooner rather than later funk, new jack swing, pop, and rock also found a place in his CD (cassette? lol) collection and by 13 his music career had already begun as he started writing songs with his older brother.
It is very rare though to find a musician who has actually studied music which is what Kagwe did for his undergraduate degree at the University of Southampton in England where he spent a lot of time in the recording studio developing his debut mixtape.
It is safe to say he has come along way since then and with his album about to drop we can not wait to see what he has in store for us in the future!
